Inclusive Futures: Indigenous Engagement in Canada’s Workforce

This Action Canada report examines how Indigenous inclusion in the labour force can be strengthened through four key interlinked factors: hiring of Indigenous peoples, training and upskilling opportunities, cultural competency programs, and Indigenous champion presence in organizations. It includes a framework for how workplaces can build more inclusive systems for Indigenous workforce participation.
