Indigenous Candidate Mentorship Program (Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA))

This mentoring initiative at the CBSA connects self‑declared Indigenous candidates with Indigenous mentors throughout the Officer Trainee Development program’s selection process. Designed to support the candidates’ experience, application success and transition into public service, the program centres Indigenous mentoring and culturally supportive navigation.
