The Indigenous Recruitment and Retention Framework (Framework) is designed to help governments improve Indigenous representation among its public servants. To support the Framework the Indigenous Recruitment and Retention Action Plan sets out clear objectives and deliverables to address the Frameworks two main goals: increase Indigenous representation, and support Indigenous leadership opportunities.
